Degree: Military Science
Graduation Year: 2018

American Military University is great for people in the military with a full time job. It is a challenging course but accomplishable course. I work from 0600-1800 every day, have a wife and a kid and still find time to complete my degree. The course material is a little out of date but it is still relevant today. I plan to take what I have learned and apply it to a Ph.D.

Degree: Public Administration
Graduation Year: 2018

This school has given me a second chance in public education. Online classes are fast paced but the faculty makes it easy to contact and are involved. You always have support from any department that can guide or help you at all times. I would definitely recommend this school for military and adult learners.

Degree: Military Science
Graduation Year: 2017

THe program was fantastic, all the classes were very well organized and any issues that arose were very easily taken care of or at least help was easy to find to fix said issues. Classroom instruction was great and very easy to follow. with all classes being online it is a bit of a challenge if that is not what you are used to. However, the first class in the program is a class specifically designed to get you used to working in an online environment

Degree: Management
Graduation Year: 2012

This school is extremely flexible for my Military profession. Stateside or deployed, the administration was always able to help grant me the time to finish my work when called to deploy or when training took priority. I would say academically it was weak. The curriculum was very interesting and I learned a lot. However, you can do the bare minimum and get by quite easily. It does not offer the real interaction between instructors or students. Again, just enough to say it was done. I saw very little effort to peruse and education, but a lot of people pursuing a degree. I am surprised it is accredited.

Degree: Sports Management
Graduation Year: 2016

American Military University was the best option for me. The condensed 8 week online courses allowed me to accomplish more classes throughout the year. Taking classes online gave me the flexibility to get class work done when time allowed. I was able to achieve a positive work/life/college balance thanks to the flexible schedule at AMU. I would recommend this school to all military members wishing to pursue higher education. I had a great experience and I look forward to graduate school.

Degree: Business Administration
Graduation Year: 2017

APUS is an institution that allows students to take classes/course on their schedule. I had the ability to work full-time and take a courses when I was able to dedicate time to my education. I appreciated the professors immediate feedback on assignments, knowledge on the course subject and ability to bring great class discussions. My classes have prepared me for my future desired job in athletics.

As single mother who works full time, this school has been amazing! The class curriculum is very well put together, and has taught me so much useful information that I will be able to utilize in my career. I'm able to continue my education without having to take time away from my children or my job. I highly recommend this school to anyone working and a parent.

APUS/AMU has greatly enhanced my professional development as well as my academic growth. AMU professors genuinely cared for me as a student and worked with me through time issues while I was stationed in Korea. I am extremely grateful for APUS/AMU and I highly recommend them to all.
