"The Social Work Program is astounding and the advisors are extremely supportive at Cabrini University. This school holds a high value of social justice so if you would like to pursue a career in the helping profession or around advocacy this school is for you. Each student is required to take three Engagement of the Common Good courses which are centered around different topics of social justice issues. Examples of courses include lectures on food insecurity, racism, peace and nonviolent protests, poverty, immigration, and much more. The school is also well known for their educational program. A master's degree in education from Cabrini University can open many doors for individuals who wish to pursue a career in higher education. There are also many opportunities to receive educational support on campus. There are peer tutors, who are students who specialize in one course and tutor other students who may be struggling. There is also a writing center and a math resource center for those struggling in those content areas. Finally, if you have a disability, Cabrini's disability resource center will work to accommodate your needs and make your educational experience as comfortable as possible. They are continuously working to expand Cabrini University as it just received it's university status three years ago. They are just finishing up building a new parking garage and a new dorm building in order to meet the needs of incoming students. The staff who work at the school are also extremely lovely. When you go to get a coffee in the morning you are greeted with a warm smile and a "good morning" no matter how overwhelmed the staff members may be."

"Cabrini university was a wonderful school. From 2012-2016 I attended Cabrini. I played both soccer and basketball at Cabrini. My student athlete experience was remarkable. Starting freshman year, you dont know anyone and moving away from home is scary. Everyone at cabrini becomes family and helps you through tough battles."

"The Cabrini English department was instrumental in my undergraduate program because they challenged me at every opportunity. I was able to be a voice in my course choices and program allowing me to shape my education path. My secondary education department was attentive to my needs and concerns regarding placement. I was well prepared for my chosen field upon graduation thanks to Cabrini."

"I ended up taking courses at Cabrini for my Master's because they offered discounted tuition to teachers working in the neighboring city. I loved the idea that Cabrini was willing to support teachers and assist them in furthering their own education in order to better serve the students they teach. The program was just challenging enough but also understanding of the fact that we were all full time employees with families in addition to students. I would recommend Cabrini to anyone looking to further their education and career without breaking the bank."

"Cabrini College was a wonderful place for me to earn my degree. Cabrini was a small school. I believe in most of my classes I never had anymore than 25 students. By having a small classroom allowed the teacher to know the student individually instead by a number like neighboring larger universities. I was admitted in their psychology program; which later turned in a duel major in psychology and sociology. Teachers from both departments were great instructors. They kept their office hours open and extend their helpful advice as much as needed. The library were very accommodating to students. They had many resources available; if one could not find what they were looking for class the librarian would order the resource in from another library. Their was plenty of space on campus for study areas. Multiple groups, after school programs available for students to be in touch with their Cabrini community. As time became closer for seniors to depart, advisors had monitory meetings with each individual to discuss future goals, and jobs to ensure each student would leave prepared in their field. Even after graduation, Cabrini staff keeps alumnus involved. Overall Cabrini was a great school for me to attend and graduate from. From the size of the campus, to the personal interaction professors, and administers gave to each student showed they all cared about our education. I would recommend anyone to Cabrini College."

"An irreplaceable experience that taught me to be on my own amongst friends. It only works if you aren't interested in a trade. In that case, trade school works great and you learn independence through work instead of school."

"The co-hort program is unorganized because it is still in the beginning stages. Because of this, professors are adjunct and often give busy work or assignments with no justifications because they do not see how the class links with the entire program."

"I think that the program is convenient for working teachers and adults. I like that it is a set two year program with the same cohort throughout the whole program. While I do appreciate the discount for being a current teacher, it is still an expensive program."
