"NYLS is located in the top prestigious neighborhood in New York City. It was created by Columbia Law School graduated students and staff to create the top ranked law school. The School soon became known for its innovative educational methods in higher education. Some of the top ranked lawyers send their children to NYLS for the law education taught by the top ranked law professors. It’s not just the experience at NYLS it’s an honor to attend."

"This school is an overpriced joke.Employers see this school as a diploma mill, and I have to agree with them. After the financial crisis in 2009, they enrolled extra students to pay off financial obligations, not caring that it lowered the value of an already almost worthless degree."

"Excellent schoo! I worked very hard and learned what the school taught plus I taught myself by working for large law firms. I researched and met with top attorneys. The professors are top notch. They spent time to explain the law and how it work in society and who it affects. I turned down the top law school in the US and I’m glad I did."

"It was a horrible experience for me. Their rankings tanked during my time yet the tuition went up. They charge the same tuition as top schools in the area. Additionally, the professor's made many many mistakes during grading, yet refused to fix their admitted mistakes. So students must overcome their own learning curve as well as the professor's mistakes, very troubling."

"New York Law School was not originally my top choice law school, but it became my top choice after touring the school and talking to a 3L. NYLS thinks of everything and makes you feel comfortable from Day 1. They offer several research sessions a week in the library which help 1Ls to immediately obtain tips for research and gain confidence for writing memos, briefs, etc. The law school is very tech savvy and always makes sure that students are aware of job opportunities, course offerings, and beyond."

"Although not ranked at the top of the best Law Schools in the country, New York Law School's educational system would not lose, in a fair fight, with schools higher up. Given its location in the center of Tribeca, NYLS students have access to a wide variety of professionals as well as the court houses for the Southern District. When it comes to getting your Juris Doctor, it is important to do well and that is what you will do at New York Law School, for a far cheaper price than an Ivy League law school."

"Like any law school, New York Law is highly competitive especially in your 1st year. This can be both a pro and a con as it helps you work to stand out and succeed. Although it may be difficult, the harder and smarter you work, the less likely you will suffer problems. New York Law has many benefits including connections and helpful and experienced faculty who are willing to make time and answer any question related to the field of law."

"I think the school is best for part-time students who have clear ideas about what they want with a degree in law. There are so many events and opportunities to network that will guide you to the path you want to practice. I do not believe that the full-time students get the same bang for the buck because the school's generation reputation is not that great. The school is very new, clean, and the staff are very helpful."

"I think this is a great school with great programs. They have had some trouble with rankings, but I do believe the Dean and other faculty members are working hard to resolve this. The schools gives students a lot of support emotionally, financially and academically. I am very very happy I picked NYLS."
