I feel that the pros about my school are having a small cohort; the availablity of the courses being 7 weeks long; and the location of the school. The cons about the school are them not offering online or blended courses; not being nationally certified; and not being able to offer the courses during the earlier part of the day

I am happy with the program I am enrolled in. I have finished all my coursework and am working on my dissertation right now. I have learned so much in the past semesters. In addition to academic knowledge, the cultural diversity of the school has provided a lot of opportunities for me to make friends with people around the globe, and learn a lot about their cultures. TESOL is a small program at Alliant International University, and it is probably not very well-known in the general public. However, I enjoy the individual attention professors can give to each student. I hope that the program and the university will continue to grow, and become a renowned university one day, which it absolutely deserves.

I feel that this program is very efficient and I feel that I will be well prepared when I graduate. The only con is the high expenses that this program consists of.

Degree: Health Sciences
Graduation Year: 2013

I think that my program has very much to offer with a great quality faculty. Accessibility to faculty when you need help is one thing that I treasure at this school because I know how it is hard to get one on one attention in a public school. I also feel very safe at my campus and many of the students are extremely friendly. It was not hard to make new friends at Alliant. To be honest, I feel like I have a new family at school with my collegues and professors. Each professor treats us like we are unique and part of their team. If I ever have any questions or concerns, I can speak to any faculty member and the issue will be addressed right away. Faculty and students take pride in their work and being able to give adequate feedback and material. One thing that was hard for me to do during the beginning of my time at Alliant was the commute. If you live far from campus, then it might take some time to get used to the traffic that occurs before and after class. Another thing is that Alliant in Irvine does not have the traditional fraternity or sorority organizations.to network with. Although this is the case, Alliant still has other organizations for networking. Alliant's tuition is quite expensive, but it is worth it in my opinion! The quality and level of care and attention one receives is phenomenal! I am very happy with my decision to be part of Alliant in Irvine

Overall, the school provides with an excellent program. Some of the main difficulties or inconveniences of this program is the unbelievable monetary cost of the program, the lack of communication among administration staff, and the lack of flexibility for change among staff members.
