I enjoyed my experience at AIC. The classes were great, professors were very helpful and there for me. They also provided help if you were struggling with classes, as well as physically and mentally.

The university is awesome , with the minimal affordable tuition fees. And the level of education and exposure is up to the top expectation. The best i can say for any international students to get good knowledge in affordable fees.

American International offered an easy-to-understand, thorough program in elementary education. The program was affordable, and classes fit into my schedule.

Degree: Physical Therapy
Graduation Year: 2018

I am currently enrolled in the 3+3 physical therapy program at American International college. I am about to enter the graduate phase of my program. It has been challenging but very helpful and informative. I have learned so much in the three years that I have been here and can not wait to learn everything about physical therapy in the next three years. The campus is mostly safe although we are located in a bad area. Financial aid is mildly useful. They're not exactly helpful to students who "don't meet the requirements assessed by FAFSA" such as myself so I am often left to find aid elsewhere and to my own device. Parking is also interesting as a commuter and campus police is not very understanding about the limited number of parking spaces allotted for commuters. But the amazing program I am currently enrolled in makes it all worth while. I am very content with the degree I am pursuing and would strongly encourage other students to highly consider American International College for any health science degree, but especially a degree in Physical Therapy.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2018

Great for the busy professional! All classes are small and online, easy and intimate learning. Professors were great; offered support and quick to respond to emails and questions. Fast pace classes but doable while working full time. Looking forward to my career in nursing education.

The graduate program at American International College (AIC) is terrific. I am in their extended campus program, meeting onc evening a week in a nearby town. I am a single mother of 2 girls and work 6 days a week, so I live a very busy life. The ability to access a graduate degree with face to face interaction verses on line, is ideal for me. I am much more of a people person than a computer person though I am becoming more adept with my computer skills through the classwork. The classes are a cohort program which enables us all to have relationships with our fellow students to both enrich the learning and support one another through the program. I appreciate the small class size and the realistic approach to achieving a masters degree while living a full and busy life. I am really enjoying the classes and find the content very interesting and helpful too my current position in education.

Degree: Occupational Therapy
Graduation Year: 2016

The AOTA accredited program at AIC will prepare you for a career as an OT. The most beneficial aspects are the fieldwork opportunities made available in all courses. The schools biggest obstacle is its location as there are many shootings and robberies in close proximity to the school. Despite the $177,000 to earn this degree I know a life full of helping others will be well worth the price.

Degree: Elementary Education
Graduation Year: 2016

This program is great for adults working in a school system. The program is held one night a week after school hours, and follows the same schedule as the public schools. Therefore there are breaks built into the program, i.e. winter and spring vacation, as well as summers off. AIC offers extended campus programs, so you may be able to study close to home.

Degree: Elementary Education
Graduation Year: 2017

This education program allowed me to transfer in many graduate credits which will count toward my next degree. They offer many off campus programs, however did not have enough enrollment in my area to run a program. Therefore I ended up traveling an hour to attend classes in the evening. While the program offered me flexibility, I am not sure it provides the academic rigor I had hoped.

It is a cohort, therefore there is no campus. You are with the same people for two years which is a bonus. The teacher quality varies greatly.
