"I hated it. The school claims to have a great PA program but the lead up to it is misleading and overtly difficult. The labs are extremely old, have outdated equipment, and require you to pay extra for everything especially in Biology. I can only recommend this school to liberal art students. Also, if you are a man you will not feel welcomed in the school as it is very female oriented."

"This online tDPT program was well organized, reminded me how to analyze literature, informed me of the latest literature/evidence based practices and provided me with the tools to succeed as a post-graduate educator. One exceptional teacher even inspired me to get involved as an advocate for our profession at a national level."

"My experience at Arcadia was an interesting one. I started as a Biology major, and I switched to the department of sociology. Turning to the sociology department was the best decision. I realized that as a physician, I would cure the illness of the patient and send then back to the situation that made them sick in the first place. I want to address what is causing my clients not to live a fulling life. My experience suddenly impacted my education, and I was more invested. I knew I wanted to become a social worker. With the help of the Sociology Department and the Gateway to Sucess Program, I came to enjoy my time at this institution. Before then, I felt alienated as a student of color. The school has since hired a new president who is doing an excellent job in addressing some of the issues I face while attending."

"Its a really pretty campus with fairly good academics and okay financial aid. Thats where it ends. No real events or social life. Everyone is super cliquey. Honestly, I had more fun in high school driving to a funeral than I have collectively in my time here. Both myself and 2 other girls on my floor are transferring after this semester. I dont think anyone actually wants to be here. Save yourself the time and just go to Temple."

"The small classroom size provided for a good student-teacher ratio that was beneficial to my studies. The biggest advantage Arcadia compared to other universities is their study abroad program. They make it easy for students to study abroad as long as you have at least a 3.0, which is beneficial as nowadays some majors require it. The one thing I would improve is their career fair, which wasn't very helpful. I graduated in 2011 however, so they may have improved this by now."

"Arcadia is a fantastic school: the culture of the school is welcoming and close-knit, the academics are great, the food is decent, and the study abroad options are beyond compare. The biology department is wonderful as well, the professors are all there for their students and not to solely do research. There is a very personal feel to the small class sizes (20-70 students, around 30 normally) and the professors have an open-door policy which make them readily accessible. The program also allows for personalized upper-level courses such as immunobiology, pathophysiology, ecology, histology and many more which is nice if you want to explore topics or focus on your passion. The biggest draw-back to the program for someone who is going into a medical field is that all of the required topics do not directly focus solely on human biology. So in order to get human biology specific courses you need to do so with the electives. The biology program also has ties with other universities around the world so you can take classes that go towards your degree while studying abroad. All in all Arcadia's biology program and campus in general comes highly recommended."

"Arcadia is a good university if a student wants to travel abroad. The MBA program includes one trip per year. In my cohort I met some wonderful people. I started a business with my classmate, spoke in detail with the Director and several professors about the company and they have allowed us to take over 20 days off from class to travel and start up our company. The classroom instruction is helpful and many teachers encourage the student to learn the material before proper instructions are given. We complete many case studies and read hundreds of pages each week. If you would like the same education from an Ivy League school without the price Arcadia is a good option."

"I chose this college for the opportunities that it allows their students to achieve. My professors know me by my name, and I am not just a number. Classes are interactive and discussion based. I have had the opportunity to do research with faculty members all four years that I attended. The psychology program is research based and prepares you for graduate programs. I would definitely consider Arcadia University if you are interested in a career in psychology and counseling."

"This was a very straight forward and clear curriculum for this program. There were never any hidden things that hindered me from graduation. My adviser always was available to answer any questions for me or guide me whenever I needed help. This is a wonderful program to be apart of and would recommend to anyone interested in math."

"As a psychology major, I was able to conduct four independent research projects over two years and an intensive literature review as apart of my senior thesis. As a graduate student, the research experience given to me by Arcadia has been invaluable. I never had a bad experience with any of the professors in the psychology department and found them all to be open and approachable. In addition to the positive experience I had in my department, I also had the incredible opportunity to study abroad at Stirling University in Scotland during the second semester of my freshman year at Arcadia. I have many friends who were able to study abroad twice over the four years we were at Arcadia. the opportunities available to us were endless."

"Arcadia University is located in a small quaint town, established on hills of green grass and surrounded by a variety of trees, shrubs and perennials. The college itself is a castle, with a unique background story. The town is safe and friendly, a "home away from home". The faculty are wonderful, they have assisted me with the entire process from apply to the University, registering for classes and planning each semester so I have an outline of the courses and time it shall take me to complete the Graduate Program. My advisers and professors have been constantly available for my questions and supportive in my personal and educational needs. I am happy to be apart of Arcadia University."

"In regards to my education, I was incredibly satisfied with my education at Arcadia. Small class sizes and professors who care make all the difference. I was so lucky to create strong relationships with my professors and it was all because Arcadia facilitated it. I had an advisor who always cared, a class of just three students, and many trained professors who were able to help me do whatever I wanted to do. Arcadia gave me many professional opportunities. I was able to enter the Keystone State Preservice Educator of the year competition which I won, thanks to recommendations from my professors. I was able to present at conferences along side professors. I was able to study abroad, expand my frame of mind and celebrate diversity. I would not be the educator or person I am today if it was not for Arcadia."

"I went into college set on a specific double major and minor. I achieved one of my majors despite becoming overworked and feeling like dropping out. I may have found college more academically beneficial had I worked a few years after high school instead of going straight to college. In all, I had a good experience and made wonderful friends and memories- but in the realm of academia, I achieved less than I feel I should have."
