Degree: Healthcare Management
Graduation Year: 2013

This campus is horrible with staff supports and there are racist and discrimination on campus. I was a victim of discrimination due to my sexuality preference. The school would not allow me to join SGA (Student Government Associations). Their staffs promise to help and get job, but its all lie. They ask you to write to them and tell them about what you need and they never never ever ever respond back to you. I am not a quitter that is why I am still here attending this school until I finish my program

I have just started this program. To date it has been extremely challenging and informative. My cohort is small and well matched. Our professors are knowledgeable and approachable. The administration is a little bit hard to deal with. There could be better financial aid options. Nonetheless, I am happy with my choice.

Argosy University provides a small close knit learning environment. Class time is mostly a guided discussion where students dive into the topic deeper and are able to build a quality network of peers from different career paths. The professors are great at playing the devil's advocate and inspire students to grow and evolve.

I enjoyed the learning experience provided by faculty. My biggest concern with DBA program is the time frame to getting feedback from College Review Board.

Degree: Counseling
Graduation Year: 2009

Pros: Taking classes one weekend per month was extremely doable, and the classes were interesting. Expectations in the classes were clear, and the work done in the classes helps you pass the comps and required licensing exam with flying colors. The staff in the office was and has been tremendously helpful. Cons: The career services seemed weak, and the education I received prepared me for working in an inner city type work environment instead the suburbs. I did not receive any help finding an internship. After graduating, I had trouble knowing which type of counseling I should go into based on my personality type. Most of the faculty was ready and willing to help, but a few had very bad attitudes.

The students of Argosy U stand to benefit from more networking with professional and academic organizations. This school is currently set up for students that want to a degree, but without the professional exposure or networking. Social Life is at a minimum.

I have just started this program this month, but so far I LOVE it. The faculty is very accessible, concerned with your success and knowledgeable. The school itself is small enough to seem intimate but large enough to provide a true "in-school" feeling. Having completed my BS in an on-line program, I was worried about the transition, everyone at Argosy has been amazing and I'm loving things.
