A college degree helped me get a better paying job. Be cautious of student loans. They are helpful at the time, but take a while to pay back.

Degree: Non-Profit Management
Graduation Year: 2019

Arkansas State University offers several online Graduate Degree programs. The program is in an accelerated format, with each course lasting 7 weeks. I am currently pursuing the Masters of Public Administration program, which offers two tracks from which to choose: Government and Non-Profit Management. The Program is American Society for Public Administration certified. The instructors are well educated and knowledgeable. Theyre attentive, and encourage interaction with them and also with classmates. I have heard it be said that online learning does not provide the same experience as the traditional classroom. It has been my experience that the coursework and class interaction, in an online environment are challenging and thought provoking. The tuition schedule at Arkansas State University is one of the most affordable in the United States. Overall, the quality of education and cost to attend makes Arkansas State University a viable and worthy online option for a Graduate degree.

Degree: Educational Leadership
Graduation Year: 2018

Overall, Arkansas State provided me with a wonderful, affordable (each credit hour is $288) educational experience and I was able to earn my M.S.E. in Educational Leadership in two years. Most of the classes are very informative and the professors understand that students are very busy as professionals and therefore, the coursework is not overbearing. I would highly recommend this program to any educator interested in getting their administrative degree.

Degree: Public Administration
Graduation Year: 2017

Working in the fire department means that I have an unusual schedule which is not favorable to gaining a college education. I am attending Arkansas State University's online Masters of Public Administration program and am scheduled to graduate in December 2017. This program has been great, especially for students with abnormal schedules. The curriculum is challenging and the university staff is extremely helpful in assisting you towards your academic goals. I would highly recommend this program.

Arkansas State University offers a great online program! I chose ASU because of the informative online courses that are offered by the professors. The online courses allow you to move at your own pace, but still interact with colleagues who are taking the class as well. I would definitely recommend ASU to any student pursuing their Master's Degree.

Arkansas State University is a great university. It is located in a small town about an hour away from Memphis so there is a lot of different activities. All the faculty I have met have been very informative and they are there to help you succeed and be the best professional you can be.

Degree: Public Administration
Graduation Year: 2019

I have been highly satisfied with Arkansas State University so far. I was drawn to this school due to the affordable tuition costs. The online program is amazing and really helpful for a non-traditional student like me. It was essential for me to find a fully online program since I have two little ones at home. I love the shorter term for each class only being 7 weeks long because I feel like I accomplish so much in a short time. The admissions process was easy and I had people contacting me along the way to help me through the process. I like that my advisor is easily accessible by email and that I can choose my own schedule and go at my own pace. I would recommend Arkansas State University for anyone searching for an online Master's program.
