Degree: Nursing

ASU is a great school. I am a first year graduate student in the nursing program. The professors and support staff have been great since day 1. They are very approachable and are dedicated in providing students with the best education.

The online MSE programs are still being fine-tuned. While it is convenient for busy people to attend online, the workload often includes what I would classify as "busy-work". Feedback is often late and opportunity to talk with the professor are limited. Most interaction is with a teacher's assistant.

Professors are not accessible, but academic assistants do provide adequate assistance. Work is at your own pace with appropriate deadlines.

It's a great graduate program. Students and faculties are both dedicated to their work. It was a life changing environment for me during the three years of my stay at this graduate program. I sure am glad that I have came to this school to pursue my career.

Degree: Educational Leadership
Graduation Year: 2015

The Educational Leadership online graduate program at Arkansas State University is a challenging program that prepares its students for the duties of a school principal. The professors have experience and are competent. The workload is pretty heavy but full of worthwhile readings and assignments. The program is affordable, comparatively. The online program used is overall good, though does bring occasional technology frustrations.

I grew up in Arkansas, but married an Oklahoma man. I am excited to be able to complete my education through an Arkansas university. Their online program is one of the best!
