"Education: I graduated from the Ball State Teachers College in 2016. I feel that the program that I was in was exceptional. I had amazing professors, advisors and many opportunities for actual field experience. The program offered many student teaching opportunities within the state, out of the state and even out of the country. I received a job offer 2 month prior to graduating from Ball State. I have been in my field for several months now and I find that I am more prepared than other first year peers. Advising/career opportunities: Ball State has a career center that helps with creating resumes, preparing for job interviews and searching for jobs. There are also several career fairs throughout the year. There are larger career fairs open for everyone and there are smaller career fairs that are targeted for certain careers. Diversity: Ball state has a diverse staff and student population. There is also a multicultural center that host many events and has many information for diverse clubs throughout the campus."

"The Miller College of Business at Ball State University has been a great experience for me so far in my pursuit of an MBA degree. The staff is very helpful and communicative. They understand the challenges of pursuing a graduate degree while working full time and completing classes online. I would recommend Ball State University to anyone thinking about pursuing a graduate degree, especially online."

"The degree program was a good program to start with if you plan on going to graduate school. If you plan on going the medical route, you may want to take more science based courses. My suggestion involves searching well paying careers then majoring in that field specifically. Overall, BSU is a good university."

"My bachelors degree definitely prepared me for my job. Compared to the local community colleges ball states program provided top notch excellence and professionalism . The college provided ample educational material and in the meantime had multiple social activities and resources to thoroughly enjoy my time there. I participated in the music program and attended all football games with the the marching band. It was definitely a spirited community experience. That is why I am definitely attending ball state for my masters."

"The curriculum is good, balanced. The teaching staff are engaging but of course online experience still lacks the rich social environment of face to face engagement. The assignments promote reflective learning and provoke deep connections. If I was near Ball State I would sign on the on campus track!"

"Great school in a wonderful community. Just the right size, not too small and not so big you feel lost."

"Ball State was an excellent place to study! It is big enough to get the "college experience" but small enough where your teachers know your name. I never felt like a number. The extracurricular activities are vast and diverse and you cannot beat the recreation opportunities. Campus housing is clean and safe and the food is amazing. I cannot speak enough about how amazing Ball State has been for me!"

"Perfect. Not too small, not too big. The dorms are all fine, but the technology was always up to date in class. They offer a lot of extra activities."

"I think BSU has good focus on the areas that it excels in (teaching, music, architecture). They treated students well while I was there."

"Ball State University was an amazing university to attend. The professors were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. The professors and staff at Ball State continuously worked to ensure that every student received an equitable education. They provide opportunities for me to become the best teacher that I could be. I felt fully prepared for the real education world when I graduate and that showed when I received my first teaching job."

"The level of classes here is very low. With only 4 stats faculty (only 2 of whom are active researchers) there is little in the way of exposure to active research."

"Ball State University is a very nice college with a great campus and constant renewal. For In-state, I would highly recommend it. For out-of-state, it is highly dependent on your degree program. The College of Architecture and Planning (CAP) is an exceptional program which balances art and science to have a well-rounded education, which is not always seen or achieved by many architectural schools."

"Ball State is a great place to study if you want the feel of a small town with the resources of a large university. The campus is absolutely beautiful and the library is fantastic! Such a great place to learn. I came back for graduate school and will be disappointed to leave after graduation."
