The workload is very reasonable. Some of the teachers are very, very good, with only a few bad apples as far as I can see. The cost is very reasonable. On the downside I sometimes feel that we are not held to a high enough standard for graduate work. I think this is because it is a program designed for the working adult. The campus is safe and nice. They could use more locations for my particular program. I travel very far.

I like the structure of the program, with blended courses using online and classroom structure. The advisers are friendly and welcoming. The structure is consistent. The teachers are the only thing that fluctuates. Some teachers are much more strict and adhere to every aspect of the course outline whereas others are laid back and want the students to have a more interactive experience versus book experience.

The professors know what they are doing and are helpful in many ways.
It is frustrating at times when the professors spend the entire class period just going over the week's assignments and not actually teaching new material.
Overall, I have very much enjoyed my classes at Brandman.

I really like the flexibility of being a non-traditional student. I also feel that the cohort model is an excellent one. I am so glad that I started this program and I know that it will be well worth it once I receive my doctorate!

Transformational Leadership is Organizational Leadership with heart. It aligns very well with my personal beliefs that every person is a resource and should be respected and treated as such. It is mostly online allowing working individuals to go to school on their varied schedules. At the same time it organizes local cohorts so you have group support. Webinar seminars could be more interactive and mentors could be more available.

The pros of this program is the amount of information that is gained and knowledge that you take away from each course.I would say the con is that I wish more professors would incorporate role playing and do more team projects instead of lengthy papers. Because ultimately it is our skills that is going to help get the job.
