The best part of attending Brandman is the class sizes which are around 15-20 students. We are able to conduct thoughtful discussions and have the opportunity to have our opinion heard. The advising staff is always available and responsive to the students' needs. I also enjoy the online classrooms which are easy to use and gives working adults the ability to complete work at times most convenient for them. The teaching staff challenges the students to think for themselves and grasp the material. Great school for students that want a great education and a supportive staff!

I am enjoying my studies here. I feel it is much better than my bachelor studies. I feel that the classes cover more about what I want to learn about and there is a lot of help available.

Online courses balance online discussion and deliverables. The downside is the ongoing student interaction that is found in the classroom

This program is a fast paced academic program. There are two sessions in each semester, each session is 8 weeks long. All of the Washington State campuses are located on military bases and this school is very accomodating for our military and their families. I have found that this type of fast paced constant schooling has helped my academics dramatically and recommend this school and program to anyone.

My graduate program works really well for me because it is designed for working adults. I work full-time during the day and am able to go to school in the evening.

The pros would be how well the online interface works pertaining to the teaching. It is easy to understand and offers an excellent correspondence with the teachers of the course selections. The cons would be to offer more on campus classes to make it equal to the online courses. I personally enjoy working in study groups and find that very beneficial to my learning abilities.

I feel that there needs to be better learning through better teachers. I have had a couple classes in which the teachers didn't seem to know the subject matter.

I feel that Brandman provides an excellent program but the social aspect is lacking a bit due to the fact that it is mostly working professionals.

I feel that in the Organizational Leadership program they're not any cons. I feel that this degree will enable me to be the most effective leader than I can be and will also help me understand the purpose of the organization that I will work for in the future. Also, it will help me to understand me role within that organization. It's also help me to understand that you manage things and lead people.
