The program is good because you are in classes for only 8 weeks. I am annoyed that I have to spend time checking in with an phone advisor when I could be doing other things

The small class size enhances the educational experience. Professors provide instruction that is informative and well structured. It helps that night classes are provided for my program.

Brandman University has been nothing but helpful since the moment I considered going back to school. I have had a financial adviser, a counselor and a mentor since the moment I started. My mentor and I had weekly meetings with the first two sessions to ensure I was doing well in my classes and help me get through some challenges going back to school comes with. The professors are understanding, helpful and really work with the students to ensure that everyone gets the most out of the class they are taking. It truly is a great school with a plethora of resources for their students.

I am really enjoying my time at Brandman. The quality of the professors has been very high both in their knowledge as well as their understanding when accommodating the needs of working professionals. The level of education I am receiving has led me to start exploring the possibility of enrolling in the Ed.D. program with a focus in Organizational Leadership.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2016

I feel that the education provided is a great value. Our professors come from various backgrounds and are leaders within their chosen specialty. Each one brings about a certain energy and characteristic, contributing to different learning styles. They all provide support and encouragement to students and have a solid amount of faith in each one of us. Finding clinical sites is a foreseen challenge to some students, but professors are willing to help students find sites within their demographic region. There is a lot of work outside of the established curriculum, however it is likely fairly compatible with other hybrid doctorate programs.

Degree: School Psychology
Graduation Year: 2014

The classes are pretty easy for me. Most of my peers get A's as do I. It's designed for working professionals and so the course load isn't very demanding, but you still have to work hard. It is a small school with limited staff and resources, but they try to help as much as they can. I feel I am learning, but perhaps could be learning more.

Allow me to begin by saying, how wonderful this small campus, on Fisherman's Wharf., in the City of Monterey. The students have an opportunity to interact with all academic personnel due to its size. Brandman University is the only academic institution in Monterey County that offers a graduate program in Psychology with two emphasis; Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Counseling. This is so beneficial careerwise since, it facilitates the pursuit of two different venues that are in demand based on Labor Market Research. Two of the cons are untimely financial aid disbursements and inferior network access to BalckBoard.

Degree: Organizational Leadership

I am happy to have selected Brandman University to pursue my MBA. Not only have I had access to truly great faculty, but I've also met other career-minded peers along the way, whom I will keep in touch with after I graduate. Brandman offers a five-star education at a relatively affordable price.
