Brandman University is a great school. They were very helpful accommodating me because I have a disability. They even had someone waiting by the door to open it for me because I'm in a wheelchair and have difficulty opening doors. The faculty was knowledgeable and extrememly helpful about the coursework and classes online. My academic advisor helped me choose classes that met my specific needs regarding whether they were in person or online. And they were always available to answer questions.

Pros: The particular school I am attending is online, so I can fit it in around my work schedule. Cons: I prefer the classroom setting as to the online.

I love that the program was geared towards working professionals who want to get in and get out as soon as possible. I was able to complete my MA in 16 months so that was a definite plus. The only downside I can think of is the fact that classes were so fast paced that sometimes it was difficult to grasp certain concepts.

The graduate program that I am in is very competitive. There are many core values that each student is learning about themselves. Also, the type of information that we learn in each given quarter is very helpful. Each instructor is very informative.

I just got accepted for the May 2013 term for the MA Counseling Psychology/MFT program. I am a single mother of two, one child who is Autistic. In addition I work full-time for a government agency. Brandman University has a flexible program that will work around my home and current career position. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend this university to anyone.
