Degree: Business Administration
Graduation Year: 2014

I am enrolled in a cohort with a group of teachers who are also employed by the same district. Therefore the Fresno State professors come to us in our district. It makes it much easier verses traveling to campus after teaching. Plus another bonus is some of my districts administrators are teaching some of the courses therefore they will be teaching us they way they want to see our district grow and change.

Degree: Social Work
Graduation Year: 2015

The staff is definitely one of the pros of this program. The amount of care and attention shown to the students really makes students feel like they belong. The cons for me would be affordability. Textbooks are very expensive and that coupled with a full time schedule with limited paying work ability makes this a difficult situation. Another pro would be the campus. There is so much diversity among the students and the campus itself is beautiful though the concrete could use some attention as some areas could be considered a tripping hazard. The program is great and coordinators really work to make the process as smooth as possible for students. It's great.

Degree: Education
Graduation Year: 2014

The support I have within this program is commendable. I am highly impressed with the level of rigor and high expectations set by the parameters of this program. This Master of Arts in Teaching degree is in action research and focuses on Multicultural Social Justice in Education. I believe it allows me to have a greater understanding of the diversity of my students and how I can provide instruction that is culturally sensitive, while encouraging my students to consider social issues that may impact their lives. This promotes social responsibility and prepares them for a future as a global citizen. I love my program and my peers. Thank you Fresno State!

Degree: Chemistry
Graduation Year: 2013

Fresno State Chemistry program is excellent and the professors ad staff are always there when you need them. The cons is that they should have better facilities for the graduate students.

Degree: Physical Therapy
Graduation Year: 2015

The physical therapy program is sometimes chaotic. The faculty are very busy and sometimes our schedules get messed up because of it. They are very willing to work with us though, and are extremely approachable.

I love Fresno State's DPT program and am extremely glad that I chose to go here instead of the other programs that I was accepted in to.
