Degree: Public Health
Graduation Year: 2015

The online graduate program is great because it allows individuals to actively pursue a Master's degree while have the ability to work full-time. There are not many cons to the program despite that there is lack interaction as opposed to on campus programs.

I feel that depending on the professor, the program was very specialized to meet my needs. In most classes, I could apply my assignments to the classroom, but certain assignments seemed to be busy work. I highly recommend this program.

Degree: Early Childhood Education
Graduation Year: 2015

The only needed improvement I have about the masters in education program at California University of Pa is there should be more than one professor for each class so that the class could be offered on more than one day and time. I love the program and feel it really prepares the students and has a great reputation! It also has a great network!

Degree: School Counseling
Graduation Year: 2015

Pros: Outstanding faculty. They are people who still practice in the field, they're easily accessible, and they really want to help you succeed. Cons: It's not a very competitive program. When you do group work (which is a lot) you're often with people who shouldn't really be there (they can't handle the work load)

Took only online courses, so some of these questions were difficult to answer. The faculty is always available and has a quick response. Able to get all the classes I needed within my schedule.

Degree: Liberal Studies
Graduation Year: 2016

My program is 100% online so it is possible for the individual with a full time job to further their education. Discussions are required and it is a great way to learn new ideas and thoughts from professionals in different states. At first I was leary about taking online courses, after taking a few I am very impressed and cannot wait to continue in my career and education.

Degree: Health Sciences
Graduation Year: 2014

The pros are ease of use and the content within the curriculum. I enjoy the flow of the program and the material being covered. The cons of the program are very minimal as the program fits the working professionals needs for other priorities outside of school. I would like to see more resources available for career services provided.

Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2013

Calu has an awesome graduate program. I studied here as an undergraduate and it won my heart. The only negative remark I have, which isn't necessarily Calu's fault, graduate school is held online and in the evening. I use public transportation and class ends at 8:45 pm when my last bus leave campus at 7:30 pm. If I want to get home, I have to leave class early and jepordize missing valuable lecture time.
