Degree: School Counseling
Graduation Year: 2013

Capella University's Master's in School Counseling program was awesome and is accredited. The professors were well versed in school counseling topics. I was amazed by the array of experience each professor had. Even though it was an online program, the professors helped make it more comfortable allowing you to get to know the other students fairly well. Whenever I called my advisor or had any questions about my program, the Capella support team was excellent. My questions were always answered. I would complete the program all over again!

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2018

Since I made the phone call to inquire about obtaining my PhD in Nursing Education, the Capella University staff and faculty have been extremely supportive and accommodating of my needs. The support for doctoral learners is excellent. From admission, you are encouraged to begin assembling your ideas and searching the literature regarding your potential dissertation focus. The coursework is extremely relevant to my role as a community college nursing instructor, so I get to apply what I have learned. The application piece is the most rewarding because I can return to the classroom and reflect on what took place. The online library and staff are awesome with readily available resources to support your success. There are many other areas, such as the writing lab and use of SmartThinking, where your papers are reviewed and critiqued prior to submitting them for a grade. Capella is a wonderful place for online learning. Take the first step and contact one of the admission representatives.

Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2019

This is my third program with Capella University. I was awarded my Master's degree as well as a certification in ABA. Currently, I am attending to obtain my doctorate's. I take one class a quarter since I work full time. The classes are set to where you can participate as your time allows. You have deadlines when it comes to when to post a discussion and when assignments are due and everything is spread out each week. The professors are really there to help each student and stay in constant contact through out the 10 week classes. There has been no class that I felt I could not get the help or information that I needed in order to complete any assigned task. The students that attend the school are from all over and you are able to gain different insights and knowledge through them. If you are looking for a school that allows your the flexibility to learn when you are free as well as a reliable online experience; Capella University could be that school for you. I am glad you I trusted in Capella and they trusted in me.

Degree: Education Administration
Graduation Year: 2019

Capella University interested me because they have a community college concentration in the Higher Ed Admin program. So far the program has been challenging, but it has helped me grow in my career. The online platform is excellent. The instructors do a great job of interacting with their students. It has been great to work with classmates from all over the country and that are coming from diverse backgrounds.

Degree: MBA in Human Resources
Graduation Year: 2018

My degree program is an MBA with a concentration in human resources. From the moment I emailed my interest in Capella University, the admissions counselor, my FlexPath coach, and my instructors made returning to college an extremely wonderful experience. My first contact was with my admissions counselor who helped me choose my MBA concentration based on the qualities and outcome that was most important to me. My instructors have been very knowledgeable and work with students not only to learn the curriculum of the course but also to help students get the most out of each course.
