I could not comment on the campus or campus related questions. I feel that I am receiving a good education. The faculty is responsive to questions in a timely fashion.

The graduate program at Capella University Online allows for the student to work efficiently and within the constraints of their own personal lives. The course structure is catered to providing substantial information in a short period of time, as well as an extensive digital library for research purposes. There is constant use of ever changing technological advances to empower the students, but also makes it easy for older students who may have never used certain technologies before. The Instructors are knowledgeable in their fields, accessible at all times during the course to help, and encourage the students in their progress. The administrative staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to working with the students to help them on their educational journey. The only drawback to attending the online class structure is the availability of various course throughout the terms. Some courses are only offered at set times throughout the year, which causes a slight hindrance to students who are in the completion stages of the program and may not have taken said course when it was offered the first time. They may have to wait a full 1 or 2 terms before they can take the course, causing a delay in graduation.

The Pros of my graduate program is how I am being challenged by my professors, we have great discussions regarding the material being covered, which provides better understanding. I love how everyone from the faculty and the students are so helpful. I did not expect to receive this type of attention and treatment for an online class, but so far it has been a great experience. The cons is we go over material at such a fast pace sometimes it is hard to keep up. There are times I wish we had more time to elaborate on a specific topic. Overall, I love my program and my school.

Since this is an online only university, it is hard to rate safety and surrounding area... I really like Capella, but have had issues with advisors not being available at all during courses. The professors are amazing and the financial aid team does what they can but they are limited to what the Feds will tell them.

My doctoral program is excellent. I couldn't be happier with my dissertation mentor. The path to my doctorate has been awesome, filled with hard work and challenge. Hitting my lifetime cap on my financial aid has made it very difficult to pay the out-of-pocket to maintain the progress I have been able to make to this point. I am looking forward to getting the funds that I need to proceed and to be in the position to help others educationally.

My experience with Capella has been excellent. If I ever had any concerns or problems, someone was always there to assist in a timely manner. The course work is very competitive and provided me great real world knowledge. The pros of the program is the convenience of being able to work at your own pace. The online resources provided me with enough information to complete my assignments. I have no cons. However even with the fact that there is no physical interaction, all of the resources such as video conferences and social boards make up for it.

The pros of my graduate program is that I was able to network with many other learners and do this online so that I could work too. The cons are that it's expensive!

Capella offers adult learners the flexibility to go back to graduate school around the demands of their daily life and to succeed at it because of their amazing support offered to learners. Every attempt is made to make learning engaging, relevant to work and professional goals, and academically rigorous. This is a great plus for me as I did not trust that I would have received graduate level online education that maintains a high level of scholarship and commitment to producing graduates that compare favorably with recognized brick and motor universities. Capella has proved me wrong and I now recommend Capella to anyone looking to pursue graduate education.
