The online graduate program allows me to continue to work fulltime in my field. While balancing both, I am obtaining my knowledge by gaining professional experience as well as academically. The continuous communication between classmates and instructors is beneficial to grow.

Graduate school has been challenging yet rewarding. It is a constant grind. In addition, an open forum of credible ideals and structure.

Pros of the program are definitely the content of work you perform, the clarity of the classes, the accessibility of resources, ease of getting in contact with other students and professors. Cons are you are never sure of the validity of the program because you are able to see other people's work and those not up to par could be getting the same grade as you. Also, taking online classes could be a disadvantage in the work force because employers may not feel online classes are as difficult as classes in person.

I have just began my graduate studies at Capella online. So far the counselor has been very helpful and school provides extra tools for student who have issues with writing and math. Online programs are not for everyone so the student has to be self motivated in order to do well in the online education environment.

I could not comment on the campus or campus related questions. I feel that I am receiving a good education. The faculty is responsive to questions in a timely fashion.

The graduate program at Capella University Online allows for the student to work efficiently and within the constraints of their own personal lives. The course structure is catered to providing substantial information in a short period of time, as well as an extensive digital library for research purposes. There is constant use of ever changing technological advances to empower the students, but also makes it easy for older students who may have never used certain technologies before. The Instructors are knowledgeable in their fields, accessible at all times during the course to help, and encourage the students in their progress. The administrative staff is knowledgeable and dedicated to working with the students to help them on their educational journey. The only drawback to attending the online class structure is the availability of various course throughout the terms. Some courses are only offered at set times throughout the year, which causes a slight hindrance to students who are in the completion stages of the program and may not have taken said course when it was offered the first time. They may have to wait a full 1 or 2 terms before they can take the course, causing a delay in graduation.

The Pros of my graduate program is how I am being challenged by my professors, we have great discussions regarding the material being covered, which provides better understanding. I love how everyone from the faculty and the students are so helpful. I did not expect to receive this type of attention and treatment for an online class, but so far it has been a great experience. The cons is we go over material at such a fast pace sometimes it is hard to keep up. There are times I wish we had more time to elaborate on a specific topic. Overall, I love my program and my school.
