The pros are the ease of access to classrooms due to the convenience of being online. Pros are the vast amount of research material available in online libraries. Cons are the lack of one-on-one social interaction that the brick and mortar classroom provides.

I love the flexibility of my graduate program. Working full time while pursuing my MBA could be so overwhelming, but Capella makes it easy with their flexible learning options.

Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2016

The program is 95% online. Capella provides an exceptional learning experience. The instructors and faculty are knowledgeable. I depend on them for their subject matter expertise. The financial aide process if rather exigent. they are many pitholes and loopholes one much go thru to acquire funding in which they are (I) qualified. the turnaround time for customer support varies. Within the finiancial aid department return calls/ messages go unresponded. This is frustrating, as imagined.

Degree: Criminal Justice
Graduation Year: 2015

I love the program that I am so far. The classes have been excellent. The only downside is the classes that I have to take have not been a choice but with something this specialized it is not unexpected.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2016

One of the pros to completing my graduate studies at Capella University was the use of the online learning tool. As a working parent it is a great benefit being able to complete my education from my home during times that fit into my busy scheduled. The cons to completing your education online is that some of the professors fail to understand that you have a busy life and situations occur that could prevent an assignment being turned in on time.
