I really do love this school on comparison with other well-known online colleges. The workload in most classes is paced right. The grading rubrics can be a little confusing at times but for the most part the professors are willing to help.

The online learning environment made it possible for me to work, parent, and continue my education.

At first I was skeptical about attending an online graduate program. Having attended a traditional, 4 year university, I felt that the lack of physical interaction between students and the professors would be detrimental to my education. However, in an increasingly fast-paced society and the financial burdens, it is more feasible to attend online classes because it allows flexibility for the individual student. Because I do not have to physically be present, I can work and attend school simultaneously. In any program, it is what you make of it. The quality of one's education is measured by the amount of effort one puts in. That being said, if you are passionate and truly have a desire to succeed in your specialization, you will get the most out of your education, online and traditional. That being said, I would not give online education a 10/10, however, for the flexibility, cost, and convenience, I would say that it definitely has it's advantages.

Being a graduate student is a lot of hard work and effort. Doing it online may sound like a rather daunting task. However, my experience at Capella was A-rated and top-notch. Capella University personnel go out of their way to make online students feel welcome, comfortable, and included. The enrollment and academic adviser were extremely responsive and able to answer all of my questions. My professors enabled me to understand and apply the concepts that I learned in my courses to relevant issues in society and in today's education. The online library is very extensive and holds an immense collection of journals, e-books, theses and published research papers, and other current and past online documents. The online course curriculum is easy to navigate and virtual discussions, assignments, and projects are simple to understand and accomplish by the deadline as long as the students are goal-oriented and diligent in submitting their work. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Capella University and would openly recommend it to anyone seeking a quality online campus.

I absolutely love Capella University online! I have a full time job so by taking graduate classes online, this allows me to work as much as I can. My professors thus far have been wonderful and I have been learning so much in program. My adviser has helped me so much and we talk on the phone almost every month so she can check to see how I am doing. I do not have any complaints about this university!

The categories I did not rate were related to on-ground campus issues. My classes were completely online.

The experience is a doctoral program which is not expected to be easy, instead enlightening, challenging, and fun, which it is all.

I love the fact that I can take my degree online because this fits best with my schedule. The only real con I can think of is that when I have to do my residencies the locations are scattered.
