I love that the graduate program allows you to go at your own pace and provides flexibility for full time working students and parents. I think the program is awesome and the staff provides a lot of support. I like that no matter what course you take the assignments dead lines are all the same.

Online learning environment provides for flexibility, but the downside is the availability and support of the administration.

Great program with EXCELLENT professors. Great way to earn your Master's when you cannot do it in the classroom. Love my program and getting to know my classmates.

The university is a good school. The pros are the flexibility and the variety of programs offered. The cons are lack of consistency, the time lines are extended and there is no structure for certain phases of the program.

Pro: The admission and support staff are wonderful. They are able to provide quality information in order to guide you in the right direction. The professors tend to be extremely fair towards their grading and expectations of the classroom requirements. The technical support department is very eager towards helping to resolve all computer issues. Con: The cost of each course is 2200.00. This seems extremely high. When I was first accepted, I was under the understanding that more transfers would have been accepted however, they were not. Therefore, I am paying double to take courses that I have already completed. I continue to explain this to my academic advisor however, nothing is being done.

The pros of the graduate program is the advsiors are great. They are reachable at anytime and work hard to make sure you as a student is on target. The con is once you change programs the school doesn't calculate your GPa in your field but on all courses taken. Even if you took a course over the first grade is still there.

I feel thrilled about the level of work we received at Capella. In an online environment we matured and excelled at a fast pace. I would encourage anyone to visit my school and soon you too will become an enriched student at Capella.

Good school with a lot of great professors. You must be motivated and have good time management skills to complete the online programs.

I am an online student so transportation, surrounding area, and campus safety do not apply to me. The pros of my programs is that although the workload is a lot 15-30 hours per week it is challenging and you really learn your profession. Later on in your learning process you attend a 6 day Colloquium one for track 1 before the first internship requirements and then a second Colloquium for the second half of the internship prior to graduation and licensure. The cons are that they do not have a weekly seminar where there is interaction in a virtual classroom setting with the Professor. However, the Professors give a great deal of feedback on discussion boards and papers, and are always available for questions and comments.

Capella University is a great school with classes that are pertinent to current business standards. They focus on teaching students how business models apply to everyday wroking solutions and not just rote memory of concepts. The downsides are that their classroom setup is a little stiff restriciting an ease of conversation across discusions thread. Also, the way thier financial aid for MBA students has a interesting setup that was hard to follow at first but the staff is more that willing to assist and is very helpful. I have looked at many schools and Capella came at a great value.
