I felt the program was challenging but have so far been unable to obtain a new position with the advanced degree.

Degree: Non-Profit Management
Graduation Year: 2014

The pros are not having time to attend a classroom so I can go on line; however, the cons are not having a live person accessible for instruction.

Degree: Counseling
Graduation Year: 2015

Although the initial reasoning for starting an online program was based on being a military spouse, this program does allow annual face-to-face contact with professors and peers. This experience has been difficult when trying to communicate through technology at times; however, professors have been open to phone communication which has been helpful throughout my education.

Capella University offers a rigourous program with great support by faculty and statt. Financial aid options for doctorial learners once enrolled is limited.

I recently completed my first Business course at Capella. It was very rigorous and challenging, and I gained so much insight from it!

The flexibility of doing an on line program is great for someone like me with a busy schedule. Although I think I would benefit from more face-to-face contact, the school still does a good job of keeping students connected through the design of its courses.

I think Capella is the best option for me because I get to take classes online and do my work from home. I worry I won't be able to keep up with writing assignments but it helps to have student support center.
