Capella is challenging and provides a quality education for an online and non-traditional school. Because the majority of Capella's students already have professional experience in the workforce, their quality of work appears to be of a higher level. The teachers are diligent and set their standards high. The work is self study but the online courses allow for connection with teachers and other students. You really get out of it what you want to put into it. Online and non-traditional schools tend to be priced higher than their traditional brick and mortar counterparts but that appears to be across the board with any non-traditional adult education because your options are limited if you need to continuing to work full-time while attending school.

The curriculum of courses are of good quality and interesting. Really relevant to career goals. Work load is sufficient. A bit expensive.

You get out of it what you put into it. Additionally, I learned intensely at the colloquia and I recommend this school to all distance learners who are on their way to a doctorate in clinical psychology that meets the requirements for state licensure.

Capella offers a blended program of online and in person education that caters to learners that are unable to attend a brick and morter type setting. The classes academically challenge the students and the networking is fantastic.

I has been a very educational program, the amount of studying has been just as much as when I attended classroom schools.

I have not been a student with Capella university for long but so far everyone has been very helpful. I am pleased with the online layout and all of the assistance that is directly linked to your personal page, such as the library link and a proof reading guide. I am looking forward to enjoying my time at Capella and getting to know the school better.

Considering my classes were/are all online, the school might receive an unfair rating.

The best thing about this program is the number of transfer credits accepted from my Master's degree; I will have my PhD in 2 short years! There aren't hardly any cons to this online program; I am very satisfied with the courtesy and support of the staff and instructors.

Many of the categories above do not apply to me because I am an online student, so no rating was provided.
