Capella online provides incredible support for PhD learners. The program is student-centered and geared toward student success. That is NOT to mean that the courses are easy. Each professor is an expert and experienced instructor; the instructors and curricula will push you beyond what you thought you could deliver. That said, I never liked school before I started at Capella. I have one more course before my comps and I have never been more proud of myself.

Capella University offers a variety of programs that can be completed online for busy working individuals. The classes have important assignments not just busy work allowing for important material to be learned while working and raising a family. The cons of the program are very few, but one con of the program is not having the face to face learning enviorment.

Overall, their PhD program changed so many times, that the students have to revise and never reach the point when they can begin writing their dissertation.

I love Capella overall, and my current situation is my fault, however I wish they would assist more with financial aid, grants, etc. I am struggling to complete my program, due to funding limitations, therefore I am searching for grants and scholarships. A pro of the program is the colloquias that students have to attend. This allows learners to put a face with a name, and build relationships.
