The major pro of this program is the associated accreditation and the professors whose energy, experience and ability invigorate the program. I have never felt more confident within an educational program, and this is after changing careers.

Overall the program that CSU offers me is very flexible. It is a lot of homework but I do appreciate the attention to detail they consider for us students who attend. It has allowed me to maintain two jobs and to attend school as well. I feel that all the teachers I have had thus far have been very knowledgeable and very approachable. I am very satisfied with my selection.

Cardinal Stritch has unique programs and partnerships with the surrounding city. I am a part of a program in the school of education, within the school of Urban Initiatives called Project METRO, and it is amazing. I enjoy the versatility that I get with this program and the hands on, practical approach I get the chance to practice in my classes. I feel like I am being challenged and pushed to new heights so that I can do the same for my future students. The only con I would say as of now, as I'm still pretty early in the program, is the parking situation at the downtown campus. Hopefully they will have that fixed pretty soon.

Cardinal does a great job of making every student feel like they are valued. My advisor checks in with me regualrly to see how my classes are going as well as my career goals. They offer help in finding new careers as well as internships for students who are not yet ready for a career. My courses are well planned and the professor's stick to the syllabus and course content as planned. This helps alleviate any surprises in course work that is due. Cardinal also has strong ties with the community and giving back to the community they reside in, and encourage students to participate in any functions they sponsor to help the surrounding community. My courses are all online so I do not get me my classmates or professors face to face, and this can be difficult sometimes.

Since I am taking online courses, many of the categories don't apply to me. I would have given an overall score of eight stars.

The accelerated learning program work great with my full-time job. Co-hort program is great too, as helps working in teams and group projects.

Pros: On-line allows me flexibility. Expectation to be logged in daily is allowing me greater focus on my learning. Cons: Would appreciate an occasional on-line web lecture.

Pros: I like the fact that the class sizes are small enough to get the attention needed to learn, I like that only one class is taken at a time so you have more time to focus on the materials, I also enjoy the fact that it is an 18 month program instead of 2 years. Cons: No tests are given, it is mostly presentations, they say this prepares you for the "real world" but I don't feel as though I am not positive that I have retained the knowledge needed.
