"Pros: Private University with high emphasis on critical thinking and research. Online and web based courses available as well as on campus meetings and seminar type classes. High expectations, even stronger assistance in terms of educational, financial and internship placements. Great location for healthcare opportunities and research networks. Technology is emphasized and evidence based practice is strongly encouraged in nursing scholarship. Cons: Schedule of classes not available early enough for ease of calendar planning at workplace, must take time via vacation for classes. Cost is high, but financial aid is always well provided, as well as counseling and student employment opportunities. Overall, the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University offers an ivy league education for those seeking strong reputational associations. It is blessed with highly respected and well educated faculty, curriculum that boasts a research orientation and critical thought, and also offers different modes of learning for adult learners. One final encouragement to the RNs with associate degrees only: Case has a bridge program that is easily done in a year's time to enter any graduate program. Think BIG!!"

"There is no houses available near the campus. The ones that are cheap are very old and trash. You cant even live there. There are some expensive ones as well but I cant afford them as graduate student which the rate start from $800. Campus is also not safe. I am afraid to work until midnight. There are not many restaurants surround that you can eat! Ohh men everything is horrible!"

"PROS. The biomedical engineering department is consistently ranked in the top 10. Our research program is extremely strong and this trickles down to the graduate and undergraduate education. The research imaging center is unrivaled. Collaboration with local hospitals including University Hospitals, Cleveland Clinic and the VA mean that research can be directly applied in clinical trials. CONS. The city of Cleveland has charm, but does not enjoy the night life of an urban campus, while also sacrificing on-campus safety. New Yorkers, Chicagoans, LA'ers and the like will be disappointed by the "lack of things to do" and the dismal winter weather."

"Case Western Reserve University School of law has many friendly and open faculty who are consistently willing to assist in any way. The school is very job focused and has a plethora of internship opportunities. Their international programs and scholarship opportunities to finance study abroad and unpaid internships set them in a league above other law schools."

"Pros: Great international law and health law programs. Amazing access to faculty and career services. Probably the best thing is there is a healthy level of competition. What sets the law school apart is we are a community and everyone wants to succeed, but won't throw you under the bus. Cons: In comparison to my undergraduate institution it is somewhat harder to meet people and there are not many places directly on campus or even near campus that are great for hanging out at."
