Student & Graduate Reviews

Degree: Accounting
Graduation Year: 2019

After undergoing a career change, I have finally found my true passion in life. I previously earned a B.S. in environmental science in 2017, but shortly found out I wanted to pursue a career in accounting after taking an accounting course my senior towards my minor in economics. Clarion offers a wonderful program that allows students with a bachelors degree completely outside of accounting or business, to obtain a M.S. in accounting. This one year program is offered completely online and provides students with summer pre-requisites to begin the program. It greatly prepares students to enter the accounting world and gives a wealth of knowledge and opportunities in the workforce. I never looked backed after applying to this program and I recommend it to anyone who wants a career change to accounting.

Degree: Communications
Graduation Year: 2014

I completed my masters degree online while I worked full time. It worked with my schedule and wasn't overly demanding. I didn't have to move and I was also able to add on an extra certificate option without extending my graduation.

Degree: Information Technology
Graduation Year: 2010

I very much enjoyed both the curriculum and the professors. I completed my degree over the course of two years while working full time and the educators were respectful of the students' work load, as nearly every student was an adult with a full time job.

I think Clarion was a great choice. I completed my program completely online, which allowed me to balance work and school. My profs were very supportive.

It was a great online MBA program that was fully accredited. I enjoyed the professors and the pace.

Degree: Library Science
Graduation Year: 2018

The program is great so far. I like the convenience of online classes. I like the format with all of the different tools available to learn, such as ebooks, and class discussion boards, as well as more traditional elements, such as textbook reading and papers to write.

Degree: Library Science
Graduation Year: 2017

The online program made it possible for me to live at home and work during college. I saved a lot of money through the online program and got the same quality of education that I would have gotten on campus. Sometimes it was hard to contact professors through e-mail. Online classes also make it harder to be social with fellow classmates.

I love being able to take all of my classes online!!

Going back to school was a big decision -- Clarion validated and encouraged my goals!

Degree: Library Science
Graduation Year: 2015

I can't really comment for the on campus environment, but the classes I'm taking seen worthwhile towards my future career and the professors are accessible and good. I think they could use more scholarships for students.
