The school is more a commuter college located in downtown Denver.

CSU is a very large and diverse community of students. Library and reference services are very extensive. Faculty are very insightful and helpful when they are not traveling for many international conferences and collaborations and lectures. Many of the sciences programs have national and world leaders in the field. It is an exciting place to be for graduate school.

The program should be more rigorous. And campus housing is hard to apply.

CSU is a very reliable environment to study and has some rest scholars to work with, yet the financial weight on students remains high and nothing is ever for free.

The Math program is wonderful! Professors genuinely care and are easy to access, students are friendly and generally helpful. There is an atmosphere of collaboration rather than competition.

Physics department is really falling behind on research and supporting students and developing innovating research. I am very disappointed.
