There is pros and cons with this school. If you intend to complete all your studies with this school then it is a good choice. However, if you plan on going to another school and they require letters of recommendation, do not expect to get them from the faculty. I tried several times during my undergrad studies to get them to apply to another school for my graduate and each time the professor said school policy prevented them from doing this. Also if you want hand on experience in the field you chose then again this is not a good fit. CTU graduate classes in business administration tend to be more theory based and less hand on practice. But if you are like me and like the theory side of things then this is a good fit.

The Colorado Technical University online program has a lot to offer when it comes to technology, as well as ease of understanding. The textbooks are included in your fees, which is nice, but also can be a con since textbooks can be found cheaper online. I must say the price is the main downfall. Although everything is packaged into one convenient fee(which is covered fully by financial aid), it is much more expensive than some of the other programs I've looked at which are comparable. I did decide to finish out my degree with CTU however, because I do enjoy the academic experience, and the variety of assignments. For an online school, they do make sure to kind of "spice up" the routine by having group work, powerpoints, papers, discussion boards, and even financial worksheets. This is nice because it utilizes different skill sets. I don't like the fact that there are no "electives" or classes that you get to choose. Everything is already laid out for you. I'd like to see more options there. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and I am already applying a lot of the concepts I've learned.

CTU has brought everything to bear with its online program. They've thought of everything from an online library to tutors. It's been great so far!

My graduate program is rewarding and full of promises that I could have never achieved if I had not gone to this school. I am grateful to be a CTU Student and I am proud of the experience that I've had here at CTU. Its a dream come true and I would recommend this program to any and all who want to return back to school especially with the age group I'm in. I returned back to school after the age of fifty and I am so proud of the achievements that I've gained here at CTU.

With the program consisting of entirely online courses, the pacing allows me to have much more control over fitting my degree program into my very busy lifestyle. Having the ability to do coursework when I can is very important to me because I work full-time and have a lot of other obligations that sometimes made the idea of going back to school daunting and almost unattainable.

Some categories are left blank because I am taking the courses online. However, I would give my overall experience at CTU 10 stars. I have been challenged and surprised myself by exceeding my own expectations in the program.

I feel that the school gives you the support you need to succeed, however, financial aid is not as helpful.

The experience at CTU online was great. The online discussion board gave all the students around the world a chance to get to know one another virtually. The professors were very helpful and still are as an alumni. I learned how to use the APA style formatting for citations and my Microsoft office skills were enhanced as well. From my experience with the both a brick and mortar school and online class, I believe that you learn more on-line because you are forced to get job done and learn more efficiently with all the deadline set. I would recommend CTU to anyone who can demonstrate self-discipline and love to learn.

The pros and cons of my graudate program: The only con of my graduate program is that I can't finish as soon as I would like to. Other than that there aren't any cons about my graduate program. I love attending Colorado Technical University-online (CTU). The pros about my graudate program is that my courses that I take are geared to real world situational problems and events that may take place in the business world. All of course even my math course has been fun and exciting because all of the materials are geared towards real life situations; preparing you for the real work force.
