Doing an online graduate course has its pros and cons. It is accelerated and dense in order to help students--mostly working professionals--get through in a realistic length of time. At the same time, getting through such an accelerated program can be challenging. But I am so glad I chose Concordia University - Portland. It has a wonderful program through which I have learned a lot and helped further my career.

Concordia has a fine MAT program, though there are better values in the area.

Strictly online so I was not able to answer some of the questions. Professors were knowledgable and caring. Curriculum was rigorous and intentional. Worth the time and money.

I love the fact that I can complete my master's program in only one year. The faculty and staff are great and very understanding. The down side is I have to pay back the loan.

The pro of my graduate program is that it gets me prepared for the business world. The con is that I have to work extra hard because it is very competitive in the business world.

The drawback to this program is that it is quite expensive, but it is totally worth it. Each semester you have a service placement in your field of interest and two of the four semesters are abroad. Great hands on experience in your field before even graduating. Small cohorts and a beautiful area.

I like the convenience of the asynchronous online format. It is flexible and I can work around my schedule. I also appreciate the 13 month time frame to complete the Master's program.
