Degree: Liberal Studies
Graduation Year: 2015

My graduate program has extremely dedicated faculty who only want to see us students succeed. They have been very encouraging and helpful. The curriculum is very practical for an aspiring professional in the field and includes internship, independent study, and international options. While I highly value my program and the education I have received, the program is not very diverse in terms of students nor faculty. Additionally, while I did receive financial aid awards that covered my expenses, I wish there were scholarships available from the school for my program which would have reduced my student loan debt.

Amazing program, the only con is the technology at some of the campuses does not work properly.

Degree: Health Sciences
Graduation Year: 2016

The Master of Science Applied Exercise Science program at Concordia provides students with an undergraduate degree in exercise science a great opportunity to further their education and expand their possible career horizons. The pros of the program is it is affordable, taught by professors that are very knowledgeable and have experience in the field, and is a blended program. Although the program is blended (with in-person meetings and online work), the in-person meetings are limited so students must be self-motivated to complete projects and assignments.

Degree: Counseling
Graduation Year: 2015

I am in the School Counseling Graduate program and have been very pleased with my experience. Taking 1-2 classes at a time which meets one day a week is very convenient with my work schedule. The professors are in field so I have receive great support to my academics.

Degree: Public Health
Graduation Year: 2016

I knew going into this program for Occupational Therapy was going to be difficult. My husband and I had to make the big move from another state and trust he would find a job so I could pursue my dream. Concordia's staff were very supportive and seemed genuinely happy to welcome me into their program. Because the school is small, each student receives personalized attention from professors. We are also provided opportunities to contribute to the doctoral research of our professors. I believe each professor has many years of experience in the field for which they teach and their passion is evident in their style. I don't have many cons for this school except the online network they use, it often shuts students out which is difficult for online students, though I am aware they are making active changes.

Wonderful program, just wish there were more courses offered each semester. Would appreciate ability to take course in similar program to enhance skill set in job market. Would want that course to be counted towards graduation in my program.

Degree: Nursing
Graduation Year: 2015

I enjoy the versatility of online classes. I feel that I gain a lot of knowledge from the online lectures as I can re-watch sections with pertinent information. I feel that I have good support from the faculty and my emails are addressed promptly. I am glad I made the decision to return to school for my graduate degree.

Degree: Organizational Leadership
Graduation Year: 2015

This has been a wonderful opportunity to just get started. I am able to take online classes so I am able to maintain my professional life to try to afford my Graduate degree while also continuing to take care of my family! Each person I have encountered via online communication has been extremely helpful in assisting me through navigation of orientation, registration, course expectations!
