Considering this is a small size school in a small town in Ohio, the campus has a lot of offer, and the staff and faculty are very invested in their jobs. You are able to make connections with your instructors and gain valuable feedback on your work and efforts. I would recommend this school, particularly if you are looking to pursue an M.Ed. degree. They also over great graduate assistant-ship opportunities to work during grad school.

Defiance College is a very small institution. To be able to go to class and really get to know your professors and classmates next to you was something I greatly appreciated. I was able to obtain my master's degree in 2 years with a variety of courses on-line and in class. The professors were very knowledgeable, and I appreciated my education there.

Small class sizes made it great to have one-on-one attention from the professors. It's a unique opportunity at such a small school. Classes are only 1 night every other week so if you have a full time job, family, or are involved in other activities you can manage and balance the curricular.
