"I have truly truly enjoyed going to DePaul. It's amazing the amount of networking that you can do and how there are classmates from around the world, especially China. Also, the majority of professors truly care about their students and are willing to help them with either homework or career advice."

"DePaul's school counseling program is the only one in the state of Illinois that is TSCI affiliated. This will be a major plus when searching for a position after graduation."

"Pros: This is a great program especially if you are interested in public interest. The student community here is not competitive; everyone helps each other out. The school has a good reputation in Chicago, and it is located right by the Chicago Bar Association and court houses. It's in a great location in the loop by all major El routes. Cons: There is limited study space within the law school, but it is located right by a huge public library, other universities with accessible libraries, and other DePaul buildings with study areas."

"Great program, faculty really wants you to do well. More applied and practical work than just theory. Being in downtown Chicago is also great."

"The graduate program emphasizes the importance and value for nurses to obtain a master's degree. It also allows students to have a mindset of nurse practitioners. Even though DePaul does not have its own hospital, this allows students to experience different hospital's environment around Chicago rather than just focusing on one. The con is not having a hospital of its own because students do not have the same educational experiences."

"DePaul University is renowned for its academic rigor, diverse student body, and the surrounding neighborhood of posh Lincoln Park (Chicago). It's easy to see these aspects at DePaul. Saying that, it's safe to say that "you get what you pay for." This school is very expensive because you get the bells and whistles of all the aforementioned amenities. However, if able, scholarships and other financial aid is available, it's worth a shot to try to obtain to attend a high caliber school in the heart of Chicago!"
