The academic programs are stellar; however, customer service and financial aid leave a whole lot to be desired. They need to train their staff as I have had MANY issues concerning these two departments.

Keller Graduate School is really a good school I have enjoyed my learning experience with them. The classes are interesting and the teachers are great they are willing to help you if you need additional help. The staff my coach and financial aide people are the best they always answer my questions in a timely and professional manner. My experience at Keller has really been great and I have no complaints about it.

The pros of my graduate program is that you can do almost anything with your MBA, become a partner of a large firm, open up your own business, easily slide into an entry level management position and you learn the ins and out of the way the business world works. The cons of my graduate program is that sometimes some businesses may feel that you are "over qualified" for a position so they may not be so quick to hire you, then their mindset would be that they would have to pay you more than someone that applied for the same position that you applied for but was less qualified.

I am in an accelerated course and feel challenged in the beginning of each session. With the support of the teachers and the convenience of working at my own leisure with online courses, the load and stress become less of an issue as I flow through each session. I am learning a lot in the short sessions we have and feel really creative with the type of projects and assignments we are assigned. I have never felt so accomplished in my school years as I do now and it means even more to me because I chose to continue my education and am motivated by the ease of expanding my knowledge and education experiences. The staff and teachers at Keller have made my experiences extremely pleasant and I can not wait to walk across that stage at the end of my 16th month of my MBA program.

Keller Graduate School of Management is great for "real world" examples. The textbooks are basic learning principles and the teacher expands those principles into real world situtations. By the teachers working in those specific professions for 10+ years, their knowledge is better than any textbook.

I really enjoy the fact that I can focus on Hospitality Management so I can further my career in the hotel industry. I don't like the fact that the Palmdale location does not have any onsite courses.

The graduate program at DeVry is very informative. The faculty and staff are very involved and work together very well. I would say the cons in my area are that classes are not offered on Fridays and not as many on the weekends when most grad students have off from work. The pros are the availablity of the professors, and resources and constant job fairs. DeVry constantly wants feedback to improve on the program and are concerned with what every student feels about the program.

I signed up for this program with the promise of help with financial aid. The office only helped me in the start of the program and then right before I was supposed to finish just opted out without even telling me. I called them about it and they offered little to no help or reason why. They had a sort of "eh well not our problem" kind of attitude. I told them in the start I did not have enough money for school and they promised they would offer me substantial options which they did not.
