It creates a solid foundation for future ventures, though is not the best path for all.

This school is beautiful. There is plenty of parking space on campus, trail ways, and a pond. The staff are super friendly which is always important. The programs really prepare you for the field you are in. If you enjoy a scenic view and are looking to attend a great school, this one is for you!

Eastern University is a wonderful school. When I attended, I was attracted to the diversity as well as the the overall accomplishments of the professors. The curriculum promoted serving those who are at the margins of society. I have become equipped to take the knowledge to the world!

Degree: Counseling Psychology
Graduation Year: 2017

Eastern was a phenomenal program that truly maximized my potential to be the best psychotherapist I can be. I felt clinically ready and prepared when I began Internship, and amazed my Supervisor time and time again. She has stated that she has never had interns as well-prepared before. Further, the schools devotion to introspection and academic rigor were facets to my education that allowed me to become well-rounded. I was accepted readily into a doctoral program which I will begin shortly after graduation, and I have never felt more prepared for an endeavor.

Degree: Marriage & Family Therapy
Graduation Year: 2020

Very friendly and easy application process. Staff very helpful and the course load seems fun! The city campus is busy and located within philly, but is a very safe place. The marriage and family professors are easy to talk and work with. They want you to be the best you can be!

Eastern is a great environment for working professionals, There is a diverse group of professionals eager to learn and eager to help each other out in the classroom. The campus is easy to navigate and the teachers are awesome. There may not be every degree available however the programs they do offer are well put together.

Eastern University graduate school offers a quality education that meets the needs of students who also have other responsibilities such as working full time. The admissions staff are extremely helpful in walking potential students through the process, providing excellent support along the way. Although this is a Christian-based school, classes are conducive to students of any faith or no particular faith. The Clinical Psychology degree prepares students for any setting, with a particular focus on being cross-culturally relevant. I highly recommend Eastern University.

Out of all of the schools I've attended, Eastern University is by far the best. I've met so many wonderful students and professors who care about what counseling offers the communities that they serve. Eastern strives for excellence from its professors and students.

Eastern University is a Christian college unlike any other. On top of their excellent graduate programs, variety of opportunities for service and internships, and gorgeous campus near to a number of Philadelphia Main Line suburbs, Eastern is strongly compelled to act for justice in the Philadelphia area and globally. Eastern is conscious of diversity issues on campus and human rights issues across the world, Students are not just in the classroom to learn, but to ask better questions that equip them to serve their communities. Eastern's resources include a beautiful, three-story library, curriculum lab, multiple quiet spaces in various buildings for group and individual work, comfortable classrooms, a small kitchen for graduate students, and services from counseling to a new workout gym to academic support and tutoring are available. Online courses are easily accessible, and professors give students the flexibility to do work at various times. Professors on and off campus are accessible to their students in numerous ways, and professors genuinely care about the student's success. Eastern is unique in it's perspective on faith and the changing world around us, and those values are implemented in all classes and experiences. My time at Eastern University is invaluable, and I am very grateful for my experience.
