The aeronautical safety program is very rich with information and educative. The professors are knowledgeable about the subject matter however the prospect for job is not very promising.

I loved how I had the option to take courses online and in the classroom. Also, the school made it very easy for me when I moved to a new city to continue my education online. My advisor was always available via email or over the phone. There were many times when I received a response to a question on the same day. I would say that the courses are kind of costly. I am not sure if it's worth it yet. Since I just graduated, I will have to see if my degree will command more in terms of a pay raise.

There are several pros about attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The school's logistics and supply chain program has the C.T.L. blank waiver from the American Society of Transportation and Logistics awarded for how rigorous it course work is. Another benefit of the classes is that the professors are actively involved with their respective fields (A quantitative analysis professor was a consultant). I also enjoy the ease of access to my online courses. Fiscally, Embry Riddle is private so there is no out of state tuition like most state schools charge to compensate for lack of tax revenue from the individual. My cons list is not long but the lack of relationship and networking with other students is an issue. The communications and methods of delivery at times is repetitive has most of the work is the written word, that, is only 7% of human communications.

Embry Riddle is good for people in the Air Force since there is usually a campus on every base.

Degree: Software Engineering
Graduation Year: 2014

The Software Engineering program is decent for the nature of the school being mostly Aeronautical based. The faculty is nice and for the most part willing to work with you. The program itself is small making class availability a problem at times.

The workload is difficult but completely appropriate for my course of study. The professors are professional, available, and extremely knowledgeable. I have had nothing but good experiences through Embry-Riddle, though I miss the social factor since I am taking all my courses Online.

Degree: Project Management
Graduation Year: 2014

My graduate program is really tough but I've learned a lot from my teachers and in the long run it will make me a better Project Manager when I get into the field. They are always willing to help you at when you get stuck. I love being able to do my degree online. Balancing work and school is always a challenge but it is so worth it. I love this school.

Degree: Aerospace Engineering

My wife is active duty military and we move all the time. The online version has allowed me to pursue my further studies. It allows me to continue my educational goals and maintain current in my interest in aeronautical engineering. The classroom is very diverse and we are able to pull from the vast experience from both the military and civilian world.
