Degree: Aviation
Graduation Year: 2019

ERAU is a great program for working students. Being on active duty it is hard to continue schooling while maintaining balance both professionally and personally. ERAU offers online classes that creates an environment to check-in and complete assignments in a manageable timeframe. The teachers and fellow students are accepting of additional stressors or time constraints and foster a positive learning environment.

Degree: Business Administration
Graduation Year: 2018

The curriculum is well-established and the estimation of how much time and energy to put into the class was accurate. The online materials allowed me to learn and review the materials during the class. Every professor I communicated with emailed me back promptly and gave great answers and the Canvas classroom is intuitive and clean to navigate. Outside of the classroom, the advisor responds well and gives good advice. The Worldwide student campus is thin with few groups to join, I went to an online college for my undergraduate program as well and they had a robust online student campus. If you do not have a business background, there is an extra course you will have to take. I would recommend this course for those with a business background if you have been out of school for a few years as the class gave an informative overview of everything that will be covered in your MBAA with current information. Overall, very good school and I really feel like I am better prepared to progress professionally in my field.

Degree: Aerospace Engineering
Graduation Year: 2013

The university itself takes pride in the quality of educators it chooses for its programs. Every instructor I have had in my first master's program, as well as my current master's program, has provided an extensive amount of passion and knowledge on each subject that they teach. Not only do the instructors provide a wealth of expertise, but they also provide understanding when schedules get crazy. This is especially important when taking online courses; they understand motivation is trying sometimes but they keep motivating. The degree programs offered provide a deep look into the industry of interest and construct the courses in such a way that each course is not designed the same way; perfect for someone who needs to do online courses but enjoys change!

Degree: Occupational Safety
Graduation Year: 2017

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is a great school for both military and civilian students. Since my enrollment, the entire staff have been nothing but welcoming, assisting with the spontaneous demands that a military student can bring. The university now offers more than 40 undergraduate and graduate degrees with nearly 32,000 undergraduate and graduate students annually with students from all 50 states and 125 nations with three campuses: Daytona, Prescott, and World Wide. As a full-time online student, there is no college that I would recommend more!

Degree: Information Assurance
Graduation Year: 2016

If you are studying aviation or your a active military, ERAU is the school for you; otherwise, find anther school. Not being in the Military and not pursing a degree in aviation, I found that it was difficult to even get the attention of the faculty when I had a question or concern. The Information Security and Assurance degree has basically changed to a degree in Information Management degree due to them getting rid of the classes on security, data mining, and social media. The only possibility is to take business electives, or to do a business concentration. When looking at the ratings for top Information Security degrees, ERAU does not even rank. The assignments require "outside research" their code for we did not cover this in the reading so go find out what it means. This is for every assignment and many weeks require two or more research assignments. I understand using outside sources, but when the reading as not even discussed what the assignment is over it is going to far. The instructors will not help you and the classes can only me completed online and not in any other form. I could only call or email my advisor as I am not in the military and the local campus on is on military base. Because of the forward planning, they do not do in person interviews if there is a problem. As my advisor was a fellow student, it became hard to contact him or get answers. Once I started having problems with my degree changing, twice in the 18months I was enrolled. I started researching ERAU, their classes gave me the skills needed to complete this. I found that if you are studying aviation or your a active military, ERAU is the school for you; otherwise, find anther school.
