One pro of the graduate program is their affiliation with my employer. This allows me to pay my tuition once reimbursed from my employer. A con of the program is a failure to supply more online classes.

The pros of the graduate program are flexibility of schedule (weekdays or Saturday), faculty are easily accessible, and the students are in the same cohort throughout the program. In my opinion, there really are no cons for the program.
