It was a worthwhile experience and well worth the time and money. I recommend taking time between a Bachelor and Masters to obtain experience it allowed for more indepth questions during the MBA program.

Franklin's accelerated program was difficult to balance with work and family, so some sacrifices had to be made to complete the program. In the end, valuable lessons were learned and friends were made, making it worthwhile.

I have attended 3 universities and Franklin is by far my preferred and favorite. What makes it so great is that it works with my schedule and is flexible. The classes are taugjt ny experienced professionals in the field, not just by regular teachers. All the teachers have high college degrees but also have years or real world experience to back up and explain what they are teaching.

I chose Franklin University for its proximity to my workplace and home and its reputation for being a great institution for working adults. I have reaped the benefits of its top-notch instruction, convenient online courses, and plentiful resources. I stepped away for a short time to pursue other interests but after sorting through my thoughts and goals, they welcomed me back with open arms. The staff is easy to work with and want to see you succeed. Although I am an online student, they make me feel like a part of the campus community by keeping me informed of the many events on campus such as Welcome Week, Career Fairs and special speaking engagements. I am proud to be connected to Franklin and its rich history of helping working adults achieve their goals.

Franklin University has a cutting-edge user friendly system that allows students to interact easily with each other and their professors. When attending college online it is imperative to have an open line of communication for success in the classroom. Every professor I had always responded quickly when there was an issue with an interactive Lab or an error with the system. They set their standards high when delivering education that in return is beneficial for the students success in their career.

The teachers had a good understanding of the future of business. It was a lesson in millennial before we New millennial existed.

Coursework required as much as thirty plus hours a week outside of class, so the program wasn't exactly easy to fit into my schedule. With some help from my family, who picked up my slack, I was able to complete my MBA while working a sometimes intense full-time job. Many of my instructors were very helpful in growing my professional skills, and I would recommend the program, despite being tired at the end.

The Master of Science in Business Psychology degree program (BPSYM) from Franklin University is based on the human behavior within a business or organization. Business is a very human enterprise. Not only are innovative products and services a result of human ingenuity, but influencing human behavior is also key to every other part of a business success including making the sale (Franklin University). Influencing human behavior is, in essence, influencing the compassionate behaviors within humans. That's why behind most successful businesses are skilled and compassionate individuals. Leaders who possess an understanding of human behavior as well as knowledge of business principles, and the know-how to leverage them into workplace success (Franklin University). My extraordinary experience earning my Master's Degree helped me to understand that all Americans are a part of a deeper intelligence. This quiet source of wisdom is available to all of us in unlimited doses because it is always present. My aspirations to succeed both personally and professionally were heightened through the knowledge I attained at Franklin University. I have a deeper intelligence that tells me that by working, striving, and serving a purpose greater than myself I will bring about positive change in my communities.

Degree: Instructional Technology
Graduation Year: 2013

Flexibility. Opportunity. Success. Franklin offers both online and on-site courses. While most schools do that now, Franklin did something else that made it possible for me to get my Master's degree. They designed a practical curriculum that involved 1-2 courses per term in the evening and only required attendance one night per week while still providing hands-on experience. In two years, I earned my degree. As a result of this degree, I earned two promotions and secured a position during a workforce reduction. These opportunities would not have been available without the knowledge and skills gained from the Franklin University Master's degree. Success is not an ultimate goal. It is the achievement of milestones that lead to a life of satisfaction and contribution. Earning my degree in 2013 and the promotions that led into a focused career path are milestones that I see as successes. Now I face the opportunity for another success story as I seek a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Instructional Design Leadership from this same school, Franklin University. I valued my graduate experience significantly. I trust and look forward to pursuing my doctoral degree at Franklin.
