Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2016

The Friends MFT Program was an amazing, life-changing experience. Faculty and cohort members are incredibly knowledgable and supportive, and they genuinely strive to improve the (already stellar) program every year. The program is also pretty friendly to adult learners returning to school - many of the people in my cohort worked full-time throughout the 2-year program while juggling kids and family obligations, and were still able to make it work. It's difficult, but it can work if you're willing to put in the time.

Friends University is a great place to get a great education. Class sizes are small, your professors know you well and you receive a great Christian-based education.

Degree: MBA in Healthcare Management
Graduation Year: 2018

I have received my Bachelor's Degree thru Friends in Organizational Management and Leadership in 2016, The education I received was fantastic and I decided to further my education and change my career by going on with Healthcare program. I feel that the instructors were through and prepared students well for the fields of study. The networking that was available within the core classes as well as the on campus learning module was superb.

Degree: Marriage & Family Therapy
Graduation Year: 2018

I worked for six years in the field of Human Services before choosing a degree and this program is the best for my career goals. I look forward to having therapy experience as part of the program and having a practice centered education rather than a theory centered one. I look forward to being able to move forward in my career and have seen several others in my field of work progress after going through this program specifically.

Friends University is a place to study. Social life for graduate students especially international students should be looked at.

Degree: Marriage & Family Therapy
Graduation Year: 2015

I am currently working towards my Master's of Marriage and Family Therapy Degree at the Lenexa, KS location. My cohort is not on the main campus in Wichita, but I have never experienced a higher quality of education than what I have gotten from the Lenexa Friends location. The professors are absolutely incredible, the classes are intriguing and immediately applicable to the career, and the bonds you build between your cohort are lifelong and familial. You remain in the same cohort of around 25-30 for the entire program, and take all of your classes together. Also, you begin a clinical internship at the site of your choosing around halfway through the program. The only con I would have for the program is that the amount of coursework coupled with the clinical internship can become very overwhelming if you struggle with prioritization or do not have a flexible and open schedule to accommodate the time commitment this program requires.

Degree: Business
Graduation Year: 2016

It is an expensive University, the living expenses is high, there is no social life for graduate students, the university does not have transportation system for the students, the University does not offer the Financial Aid for graduate international students. Otherwise it is a good place for studies.

Degree: Healthcare Administration
Graduation Year: 2016

I am taking my classes online so I can not speak for campus life. I am enjoying my classes, fellow students, and my professors.

Degree: Social Sciences
Graduation Year: 2015

Professors are kind of a big deal in their fields and students can learn a great deal from them. They invest in and keeps tabs on their students so they know they are ready to be competent before seeing clients. They also make sure students have the most experience possible before graduation into the real world. The cost is high and there is very little financial aid. So you pay for what you get.
