Degree: Healthcare Administration
Graduation Year: 2019

This program gives you the flexibility of online learning without sacrificing the networking and connections you make in a full time class. The support for students is apparent from the application process all the way to being in class. I was amazed at the level of support and help I received to make sure I would be set up for success and be able to manage the workload of the program. The content is thoughtful and relevant and all the professors are incredibly knowledgeable, well spoken, and understand how to communicate to the level of their class. This program is an incredible career step for anyone in healthcare.

Degree: Public Health

Well suited for those who work 9-5. All graduate classes scheduled in the evening. Open to part-time students, though advising is better if you're a full-time student.

GWU's American Studies program was a small department within their larger liberal arts college, but it was an absolutely wonderful department. Each professor took the time to interact and get to know with their graduate students and I loved that the Masters students had the same classes with PhD students, which allowed for a great learning environment.

Great program, good opportunities since it's in DC! Get to know your professors as they are very connected and will open doors for you if you let them! Public Health Communication and Marketing is especially good at GWU.

Degree: Cultural Studies
Graduation Year: 2019

I studied International Trade and U.S. Foreign Policy at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. The quality of training and instruction that I received was excellent and I had an opportunity to meet with many accomplished professionals in my career field. I was able to network with experienced professionals and gain insight into what a career in international trade law looked like. My professors were always willing to help me, even after the semester ended, and were willing to write letters of recommendation for me when I was looking for my first job.

Administrators are compassionate and do everything they can to help you succeed and feel comfortable within the program. So glad I chose GWU's Graduate School of Education and Human Development 's MA in Organizational Leadership and Learning program.

Degree: Public Policy
Graduation Year: 2019

The masters in Public Policy at George Washington University is incredible. The professors are incredibly supportive and truly want to see you succeed in everything you do. The majority of professors are also very active in their field as well, therefore, they are teaching from experience not simply book knowledge. The Trachtenberg School's Career Center is also outstanding and has incredible resources and connections to find the best internship or job for you.
