Georgian Court University is a small campus, located in central Nj. What I like is that you are taught by professors with experience, and a majority of the staff has a Ph.D in their speciality. There are no T.A. in their undergrad or graduate classes, and the professors take a genuine interest in their students. I couldn't ask for a better program, the school prepared me for me a position in the science when I graduated with my undergrad and it is helping me achieve my goals with a graduate program in education. Nearly 15 years since I started their and the professors still remember who I am. Georgian Court University is not just a school, it is a family.

It's very expensive, but worth getting a degree.

The town that it is located in is awful. It is impossible to drive around there. The education department was frustrating.

I feel like the surrounding area GCU is a very unique one. It can be a little difficult at times to navigate the area because of traffic. I also feel as though the school is relatively expensive in comparison to other schools in the area, although it is a private school. On the other hand, all of the faculty who run the School Psychology program are phenomenal. I have learned so much about the content area and myself in the couple of years I have been here. They push me to work hard and help me succeed. The classes are content rich and we are learning up-to-date information that we will take with us throughout our careers.

I enjoy my graduate program because not many schools offer it. Also, the professors were very knowledgable and helpful.

The Pros is that the classes are small and the program is very unique. The cons is that a few of the professors have been a bit off.

Georgian Court is a GREAT school with amazing professors and staff in general. They want you to do well and do whatever they can to help. The con is the cost. It's so expensive but it really is worth every penny.
