Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2018

So far solid coursework very related to the field. Demanding but not impossible. Does require a significant commitment and must be ready to write at graduate/publishing level.

Degree: Counseling
Graduation Year: 2016

I live in a rural area where not many students go on to graduate school. Having the opportunity to do what others have not made me extremely grateful. Taking online courses was the only way that I was able to take advantage of a higher education, the expense with a family was the biggest reason that I did not go before. Receiving scholarship and grant money made my dream achievable.

Having not attended the physical campus, I have not experienced transportation, social, or surrounding area perks.

Great program with high quality classes. I had some minor difficulty with information on the front end of the program but once the program started I had no troubles. The professors are top notch and very approachable.

I have been at GCU since I decided to go back to school to finish my undergrad degree. It was such a wonderful experience that I am now in a graduate program and still loving it!

pro:I love the approach on line. I like the collaboration amongst team members and feel the class is supported by the instructor. Cons: as always team assigments are challenging to get on same page but doable so its not really a con

My degree program is very approachable. I feel listened to and heard when I have concerns or need clarity. I feel challenged enough in my work load but do not feel overwhelmed by it. I am learning and enjoying what I learn with support from faculty and peers.
