I am grateful that I got a chance to experience college. I wouldn't take it back for anything in the world.

This University was a useless diploma mill. I learned very little.

I have enjoyed the layout and the community that is formed within this school. I have even enrolled in a second program with the university to continue my education. The professors and classmates are thoughtful, thought provoking, and really take education seriously. The counselors are very helpful and go out of their way to meet your needs.

I was so excited to start the PhD program with GCU as no other university offered a program quite like it. I loved the idea of working toward the dissertation right from the first class rather than waiting for the end of the coursework to start it like most other programs. Although online, I felt supported and could easily contact my instructors and advisor quickly.

I attended a fully online program at Grand Canyon University. Online classes were just as rigorous and informative. I was assigned a local mentor who checked on me every quarter and offered referrals for tutoring and employment with local counties. GCU has a partnership with the local educational agencies so completing internships and observations was an easy process. Due to their relationships with local education agencies I was also able to receive a tuition discount because I was an employee. The classroom and materials were easy to navigate and access. I even had access to the materials once I completed the classes. The online classes were a collaboration of students, experienced and non experienced, young and old, all from different places throughout the world sharing their experiences and insight on weekly discussion topics that helped to foster understanding of content. After graduating GCU offered their alumni services for finding a career and looking into certifications or other programs. The set up of classes helped me to stay on track and finish in a timely manner. For a working adult this program was sufficient and acceptable to my organization.

GCU staff was absolutely amazing as I went through my program to receive my master's degree. I hit a hard time in the course of the study and they were so helpful. The professors were very active with us online students. The classmates were involved and encouraging with one another. We even were able to complete group projects. It was an open forum to discuss and learn from each other. I loved the school so much I am back for my doctorate!

I chose this University for several reasons. 1) They are a Christian based school. 2) They have a Tribal Liaison for Native American Students. and 3) I received excellent reviews from 3 other GCU students that I know personally. The Instructors are fantastic!

The student counselor I have been assigned is great, she has walked me through everything step by step. She made the registration process and the financial aid package a complete breeze. I struggled with other colleges and spent tons of money only to find out they did not have the program for me. Grand Canyon University was upfront, had everything I needed and urged me through the registration process. I'm so happy I found this school.
