This is a fairly new program and they are still balancing the line between accepting everyone and having a quality, competitive graduate program. They still have some work to do and areas to improve.

Degree: Educational Leadership
Graduation Year: 2011

Grand View University was a good program for me at the time. I went from being a substitute to a full-time teacher during my time there, along with getting married, and other complications, and the faculty helped me to manage my time and assignments. I really enjoyed 90% of my classes, and most of the information and assignments were relevant to my career.

Degree: Organizational Leadership
Graduation Year: 2015

Grand View's Master's program in Innovative Leadership/Organizational Leadership is rigorous and competitive with programs from other similar area schools. The classes are engaging and challenging, as well as easily applicable to real-world situations and development. The work load is challenging enough to make students feel that they are really getting something out of these courses. Faculty are easy to reach via e-mail, although some do not fully utilize the university's online "Blackboard' system for class information. Overall, it is a high-quality program.
