Degree: Law
Graduation Year: 2014

Great law school in the heart of downtown Chicago. Easiest law school to reach from the suburbs given its ideal location next to Union Station. High Quality teachers and network. Competitive environment, but there are plenty of friendly people here too. Great career services, which is most important to me. Varied programs.specialties and ability to practice with real clients and earn class credit, which is rare. Excellent legal writing program and fantastic, new facility. Good education, just wish the school had a more recognizable name outside of the legal profession.

Degree: Psychology
Graduation Year: 2018

I feel that the opportunities inherent within the program are invaluable, and I appreciate the experience and guidance of the faculty. The cons would simply be the cost of the program, in addition to the surrounding cost of living in Chicago.

Degree: Architecture
Graduation Year: 2015

The school is more focused on the academic quality which is why I made the decision to go here. The area is relatively safe as well but the surrounding neighborhood is what concerns me.

Although it is my first year, I have found that the faculty have been really helpful in career support and education quality.

Degree: Civil Engineering
Graduation Year: 2013

I think that Illinois Institute of Technology has a good Master's Program in Civil Engineering. However, the school needs to develop its Alumni network, and to lower the students' on campus housing rates.

Degree: Law
Graduation Year: 2016

Downtown Chicago, Chicago-Kent (IIT) Law School provides a diverse class and all of the advantages paired with being in a city. Kent lives up to the workload and difficulty expected in law school and provides a challenging environment for students to grow.

The program is challenging yet fulfilling. Even though the workload can be overwhelming, the level of education and the information received is worth the time and cost.

Degree: Social Sciences
Graduation Year: 2016

If you're serious about school and being in a challenging environment then IIT is great. If you're looking for any sort of social life then IIT is not for you

Degree: Liberal Studies
Graduation Year: 2014

The graduate program I am in is a professional master's in health physics, which is part-time and a distance-learning program online. This is definitely a pro of the program in its flexibility. A con of the program would be that sometimes it is hard to delve deeper into the subject matter not being able to have one-on-one interaction with the professors.

Strong mathematical program. Good place to take internship.
