I paid out of state tuition, which is more than three times the price of resident tuition, to take classes where the professors knew thier content but had no background in teaching and did not know how to teach in many cases. Also, there were times when I knew more about the subject than the professors because it is a school counseling program and they are all mental health counselors with little to know school experience while I have worked in schools as a teacher for 12 years.

If you are lucky enough to obtain a tenured staff as a professor the quality of the classes are usually top notch. However, if not, it seems as though you are wasting your money. Advising staff is often snippy and rude, but if you are on top of your schedule, you can do fine as far as getting your courses done. This program is marketed as a flexible 2 year program; however, it is very difficult to complete in 4 semesters. Class schedules are not flexible. You will be forced into taking classes that may not work for you (often times, required courses are only offered by one professor, evenings only, Saturday's only).

Although I have just started, I seem to love IUPUI.

The faculty is very supportive and have knowledge in research. There are no cons of the graduate program itself. However, IUPUI in general, should improve it's IT department.

The school is too controlled by Indiana University and Purdue University. I expected a little more from the program.

In short, the program offers the academic rigor and career/network opportunities consistent with other top 20 MBA programs at a relatively affordable cost and in a relatively intimate program.

Dental School can be overwelming, but that is expected from any dental program outhere, but after sometime you get used to it and it does not feel but at all. At IUSD professors are dedicted to our learning and available to help. Loved the anatomy lab, was a great learning experience!

The Public History Program provides great real life experience through internships. Social support for transitioning grad students could be better.

The Clinical Psych PhD program is pretty awesome... great faculty and students. Indy is a cool city, too.
