Student & Graduate Reviews

4.2 out of 5.0

The school is a nice commuter college with a variety of programs. The faculty in the Forensic Science program are very knowledgeable and highly respected.

Degree: Healthcare Administration
Graduation Year: 2016

IUPUI master program was flexible with your schedule and had a high caliber of professors to learn and have as mentors.
3.4 out of 5.0
Degree: Library Science
Graduation Year: 2013

I chose this program because it was a hybrid program, mostly in person but some online offerings. I also applied for and received a graduate assistantship, which was huge. Recently they have moved to online only, something which appeals to me much less.

Degree: History
Graduation Year: 2011

Overall, I had good professors and learned a lot from the classes. The curriculum was well designed and hands on. I just wish there were some form of job placement / coaching offered to new graduates.

Degree: Architecture
Graduation Year: 2017

Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis is a highly ranked urban university in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. I was accepted into the Urban Principal ship program and began my classes in the summer of 2016. It has been an amazing and enlightening experience. The professors and my fellow students have opened my eyes to many new ideas and the way I view many of the issues affecting our society today. I feel that I will truly be prepared to undertake the enormous task of becoming a principal in an urban setting.

Degree: MBA
Graduation Year: 2018

Pros: I just finished my first semester and the program has great faculty with a solid reputation. They take this program very seriously and it is a rigorous course load. It is affordable for the quality of education. Cons: there is not as much interaction with the professor because it is a hybrid online/in person course.
4.67 out of 5.0
Degree: Health Sciences
Graduation Year: 2016

Pros - student leaders are making great strides towards making the school better, and the new administration is much more receptive to feedback. Cons - having 9 campuses is always going to be a challenge, no matter how much we try to unify the curriculum and increase opportunities for students to interact.

Great program in an environment that is more collaborative than competitive.
