The pro of Kaplan University is that it is a great university and I would like to finish my graduate degree with them, but it's sometime hard to get in contact with the assigned academic adviser.

I really like the online program because it fits my schedule. I don't have to travel to classrooms and I can complete assignments and exams when convenient for me. I don't like the fact that it may take longer for a professor to provide feedback.

I like Kaplan but the only issue I have is with the financial aid department. Not everyone is on the same page

The cons are that some employers may not recognize this program. However, the faculty is great and the online classes are great.

The great things about my graduate school were the availability of professors, other faculty and resources necessary to be successful online. A somewhat downside that can occur at any online school is the lack of motivation of students in assisting with group projects. There are however the flexibility in comparison to traditional schools where students are able to work at their own pace. The program I was in was intense but it was worth it. I think that the admission process was simple and occurred smoothly. The tutorial for the online class was not hard to follow and there was help every step of the way to get acclimated to the virtual classroom and discussion forums. Consistency, determination and time managements skills were a must to succeed.

I love the opportunity to work on my degree from home. The live online seminars allows me the opportunity to connect with my instructors and classmates. The academic support. However, I have never been to happy with financial aid and their lack of detailed explanations.

Kaplan offers an educational program that enhances your knowledge and gives you realworld experience. There is a lot of writing with this program that can sometimes be overwhelming.

The only con that I have about my graduate program is having to pay for books. Each term I am having to pay hundreds of dollars to cover books. That is my biggest financial struggle with school right now. I received my bachelors degree with Kaplan University and loved that program. i am very excited to start my masters in just a few weeks!!

I still have mixed feelings about online schooling. It is different not being in a classroom, however, for the most part instructors try their best to make it a worth while experience.

The online program at Kaplan University was easy to navigate and provided an appropriate amount of work. This program was geared directly to suit those seeking careers in the field of study and career placement assistance was available after graduation, which I did not need as I am continuing with a doctoral program of study and intend to work part time until it is complete.
